I thought that opening the Post Office up to competition was another EC ruling (which probably most of the rest of the EU will ignore as usual).

How many times have we been round this loop? As reported on many other strands the Sandy Lane option is unworkable. Sainsburys at Shutterton is more of a runner. Incidentally, interesting reports in todays paper of alleged tesco dirty development dealings up the coast at Seaton.
