Hi Natalie, The Blackdown Community Centre, Sandy Lane is the only one i know of. Hired it in the past and had good kids parties there. The only number i have is 07752 483796, that might be the number of the playschool which has moved to Gatehouse school but they might beable to help.

I see in the Dawlish Gazette today Devon County Council cannot rule out the posibility of the tip at shutterton being closed in the New Year. When i spoke to someone from Teignbridge Council a few weeks ago i was told "They had no knowledge of the tip closing, but it comes under Devon County Council"
A friend of mine has travelled to work from Dawlish to Exeter thismorning by train.I have just walked to Dawlish Warren along the beach, everything seemed normal.

Thank you Lynne, I totally agree with you. I have grandchildren who work very hard at their education and are heading towards university. It does put a strain on the whole family as we all want the best for their future.
