If you knew anything about the law, which you obviously do not, Public Authorities have 20 working days to reply. If they do not comply the Information Commissioner is informed and then instructs them to release the figures requested.
Most of the parking areas are not legally marked, hence they have confirmed they will be refunding illegaly issued tickets Pasted from their reply. I confirm that the charges issued will be checked and will be cancelled as appropriate.
