250 people fail to attend their appointments. So what action is taken to maximise this failure? When a person fails to attend for their appointment wouldn't the first action be, by Barton, to try to make contact with the patient to find out if they had just forgotten or possibly now in hospital due to not being able to see their requested g.p. in a timely manner. Does reception restructure ...
@Duckileaks - i most probably haven't seen the new influx of doc's. as the last time i went to barton( or any others doc) was about 3 years ago. i can only give my opinion on what it was like 3 to 14 years ago.
@ZIGGY - they most probably forgot they had booked it, seeing how long they may have had to wait!
Been feeling sick as dog all week, but felt good enougth today to see the doc's to find out what was going on. I try and keep away from anywhere where sick people congregate. Anyway, call the appointment line and speak to a person and request an appointment, yes with a specific doc. I find only one doc there has the energy and respect for their patients and listens to you when you speak. In ...
Thanks Lynne.
@Sales - sounds like a good idea, especially if the camera was hidden away so the fire bugs did'nt know where it was. like many things the council spends vast sums of money on there is little ryhme or reason as to what they feel is essential to support the comunity. On Friday morning I was driving down The Strand, in my car, towards the junction with the A379. I witnessed an adult male riding his cycle off the A379 and ride up the centre of The Strand towards me. The cyclist bumped up the curb and on to the pavement by Boots and only because I was in his way. It's the same issue for all the anti social behaviour that affects residents of Dawlish. It's not ...
Unsafe mini golf, what a joke. It sounds very much like the lame excuse they used for the victorian shelter, that was demolished, after the Theatre in Teignmouth was rebuilt. As others have stated above, and I have witnessed myself on many occassions, most cyclist's continue to hold up traffic on the road when there are cycle paths available. Margaret Swift sums this farce up perfectly. I ...
