It does have 30mins free parking, but the amount of spaces have been drastically reduced, and you cannot park outside Lloyd Maunders/Stokes until after 12. Also I believe disabled Blue Badge Holders can park all day if they wish
7 businesss for sale would suggest nothing has changed with the redevolopment. Parking is the biggest issue, I go around and around then give up and go to Sainsburys
Ive been reliably informed that Dawlish does have a Senior Mens Football Team, namely Dawlish United and they play on Sats on the old Dawlish Town pitch at Sandy Lane

Disagree Fred, all you will get is "Escape to the Country" types who are semi or retired proffesionals, business people wouldnt move to Dawlish.

tell that to the 2million on the waiting list for Social Housing who cant afford to buy or even qualify for a mortgage, and my social house is very nice thank you, I take pride in it and treat it as if it were mine.
