Pumpkin ...... which after all my time in the US & NZ is a firm favourite with me too. Pity I couldnt try it :-( I find it strange pumpkin is not much used over here. Hmmm ..... I feel an article coming on (=[;-D
Well I met lots of nice people, made valuable contacts and my good lady had some DELICIOUS soup!! My apologies Lynne for not eating myself, nothing personal but after a migraine attack I just cannot bare to eat.
@neilh - 105 to 107c. had to chuckle reading your inquiry, i was going to put that in the recipe, then thought "nah, cos everyone will ask how to test if they don't have a thermometer" ;-)

@neilh - i have a few, not many but i will post them as i get the time over the weekend. in the meantime you can make crabapple cheese & butter with them (as per my blackberry recipes)
