As with everything there are rules and regulations just because it's a charity shop doesn't mean they can flaunt the regulations. It is a offence to transfer the ticket to another vehicle, so you buy a ticket for two hours but after 45 mins you return to your car and leave the parking place 1.25 hours left you play the good samaritan and give it to a driver just entering the car park thats when it becomes a offence the ticket is not transferable. My point is it hasnt been sorted in 20 years so its likely to be the same for the next 20 years.
The problems with drink and drugs in the happy hut are not new this has been going on for 20 years.
If i remember correctly kids had to go to Hospital because of alcohol and there were serious injuries due to fighting and yes it always happens in Dawlish at any event there is trouble i wonder why??
Thinking about the party in the park it was never run again because of problems with under age drinking i remember ambulances being called and the Police having to bring in extra officers to deal with the trouble.
We have had party in the park a few years ago that was very successful but it was never repeated shame really it was a great night.
But what if they are not mentally unbalanced think about that.
So getting back to North Korea the solution is China they have more influance with North Korea than anyone else and should now be turning the screws and bringing them back into line.
