Sorry but area 2 and 4 will be passed on the 5th as will the framework plan. The reason is they will pass the plan first which will no longer make them premature, and it will not matter if all Dawlish Councillors object, and they probably will just to save face, the rest will vote in favour so the application will go ahead. From my research the only way forward is to apply for a high court ...

This has nothing to do with climate change, it is all about building houses without investment in infrastructure and we must not just accept it.  If TDC allow another 1000 houses to be built without ensuring that there is a proper framework plan in place that all parties have agreed to, and that plan must start from the building of the link road from the Sainsbury's roundabout this will ensure ...

Without doubt Lynne, so from the land available that could be another 100 + houses. I will have to update my calculations on doctors per head of population Teignmouth V Dawlish. The last time I did a calculation it was a difference of approx 300 residents more per doctor in Dawlish against Teignmouth. and with all these extra houses that gap can only widen even allowing for the expansion of ...

Sustrans used all of the lane because at the end of the lane is the crossing point on the Exeter Road, and there is no designated cycle route from Little Week exit to Exeter Road along to the crossing point. The residents of the lane were upset by the statement in the application that implied peoples drive ways could be used as passing places. Are residents supposed to have heavy lorries ...

Sustrans on their map shows the whole length of Secmaton Lane as the cycle link to the Warren.
