Not according to @Don's report above.  Has there been one since?

@dave 19mph is far too dangerous to drive on Dawlish roads at the moment! The potholes are horrendous (and yes I have reported them online). Personally its not single bikers I have a problem with it's the groups that can be quite abusive and obstructive. I wish they wouldn't drive so close to each other as we already know what can happen if they bang into each other. As for parking illegally ...

Completely agree, far too convenient.  With all the tree health problems we are having in the country why fell healthy ones, its madness.

Some useful information can be found at http://www.rspb.org.uk/advice/gardening/unwantedvisitors/gulls/thelaw.aspx I think its safe to say you can't kill them or destroy their nests without the appropriate licence.

That's not a discussion it's a news item chef.  Perhaps that's why?

Plenty of people in this county who have done b***** all all their life, played the system and reap the 'benefits'.  Perhaps we can do a swap with those people in Romania and Bulgaria who are prepared to work for a living and pay into the system.
