Car Boot Sale
10 Aug 2012

By the way, same person as organises this Thursday one is also now running another bootfair on Tuesday afternoons (weather allowing of course) further along Warren Road by Langstone Cliff Hotel in the field where the Sunday morning bootfair used to be held. . Official times are 3pm-6pm (but I know what time I'll be there!)

All this talk of boot fairs reminds me that I'm presently looking for a couple of small tables (as in 'nest of' size). Not at all urgent. An 'as and when I find it' buy. So just thought that a regular look in the auction house might not go amiss. Anyone know the times it's open for viewing please.

Subsequently, Millwood Homes submitted a revised planning application to reduce the number of units from 11 to a maximum of eight after the firm argued the current commercial climate meant the previous plans did ...

and this from Devon County Council concerning traffic and highways. Note the bit about Shutterton Lane (I've highlighted it in bold). Now here's a twist to the 'what should be and what should not be built' at Shutterton debate. From today's Gazette: ENFORCEMENT officers are considering what steps to take because time has run out for the building of business units on the outskirts of Dawlish. Developer Millwood Homes had until the beginning of August to build up to eight industrial and business units on the site at ...

and here is SouthWest Water's thoughts on the sewage issue. "I refer to the above application and would advise that the public foul sewer network is unlikely to have sufficient capacity to serve the proposals without causing the public sewer network to surcharge, with resultant flooding. This has been made known to the applicant/their consultants previously and investigations to ...
