The person who took the photo should get the praise, as people can use it when they appeal against the unfair tactics of Teignbridge DC

Warriner, Sorry to differ and most probably seems picky, but the following is from S Edwards Manager of CEO's "The County Council received requests for the temporary regulations from the Carnival Committee in the normal way". I guess she means Devon County Council not TDC Surely it made sense to keep the times as they used to be for years. 4pm/11pm instead of 8am/11pm

I have been told by Teignbridge DC that it was at the request of the Carnival Committee to change times from 4pm - 11pm to 8am - 11pm, why change it when it has worked for years. The no parking signs had the wrong date -21/08/2010 - which was a Saturday so if you read the sign on Wednesday you would have no reason to check again, around lunch time on Thursday they put a yellow sticker over the ...

Here you are DM put anyone of these into your browser and work it out for yourself, then you can have a go at the thousands of people who have asked for information. Then look for Teignbridge that should keep you busy for a while. I believe in honesty and freedom of speech, not the dictatorship you believe in, FOI was put there for anybody to use, with regard to effecting the economy that is the usual silly comment from you DM

I should have added to my previous post. Using the FOI I have asked Teignbridge for the number of PCN's issued in the Strand and also the number issued throughout Dawlish on Carnival day, I have also asked for a copy {Devon County Council) for a copy of the Temporary Traffic Order. I think it will be interesting to find out how much of a field day the CEO's had, and whether or not they had a TTRO ...
