I have been told by Teignbridge DC that it was at the request of the Carnival Committee to change times from 4pm - 11pm to 8am - 11pm, why change it when it has worked for years. I believe in honesty and freedom of speech, not the dictatorship you believe in, FOI was put there for anybody to use, with regard to effecting the economy that is the usual silly comment from you DM
I should have added to my previous post. Using the FOI I have asked Teignbridge for the number of PCN's issued in the Strand and also the number issued throughout Dawlish on Carnival day, I have also asked for a copy {Devon County Council) for a copy of the Temporary Traffic Order. I think it will be interesting to find out how much of a field day the CEO's had, and whether or not they had a TTRO ...
