I don't begrudge them it, I'm thankful I'm not digging in piles of rubble for my loved ones.
I'm not near that particular road but am on that side of Dawlish and the coverage is absolutely fine for me.
There was a photo in the Telegraph on Saturday too. When it comes to photographing waves over a sea wall, Dawlish is the place.
nicely summarised @TheObserver @Michael clayson , let us know whether any suggestions here are likely to move forward. Do we still have a Town Manager (who would presumably be interested in this topic)? I tried to contact her recently but she never returned my call. I assumed she was on holiday and tried again a week later. Nothing. Hope there's a good reason and our taxes aren't ...
I've not noticed those particular flights but I did notice quite a few over the past few months which made me wonder whether flight paths have been altered. Not sure whether it indicates more flights or just different approaches.
@flo . maybe they're not so latent racist white swans dressed up as black ones?
What a madam. That said, I really hope Geronimo's doesn't sell golliwogs.
Depends on what's waiting for you at the other end @wondering . If you travel regularly between two cities, I imagine you've taken in your surroundings many times and perhaps all you want to do is get home to your loved ones as soon as you can. Or maybe not!
Meanwhile it will still take five and a half hours to travel the 300 miles between London and Penzance.
@TheObserver . i like your town shop colour scheme idea. there are some very garish paint jobs and a mishmash of shop fronts. if there was a broad theme, it could look attractive without being bland.
