Site is being redeveloped for social housing if my memory serves me correctly. And it was the previous administration, not this one, that purchased that building. This present administration are the ones who have had to pick up the mess and try to sort it out (blimey I'm beginning to sound like a coalition MP!)
In the first instance a mains power supply, space for a computer, and broadband connection are required. The camera must be connected by a cable to the computer. Just had the Dawlish Post delivered. On page 2 there's an article headed "District to sell off facilities". At the bottom it gives a list of all the facilities across the district owned by TDC that TDC wishes to dispose of. Here is the list for Dawlish. This knowledge business also went through my mind. Is it only a London requirement or does it apply elsewhere as well? Seems to me a local knowlege test for would be taxi/private hire cab drivers is something that should be applied throughout the country. If that doesn't happen, then why doesn't it?
