Anybody who received a PCN on carnival day should appeal -even if they paid- as the parking sign was upside down and the wrong date was on the sign. A friend of mine appealed and won, but had to wait 9 months for them to answer which is outrageous. The law states "Councils cannot unlawfully enrich themselves"

I heard today that all Devon County Staff receive half price travel on Stagecoach buses. I have emailed John Clatworthy Deputy Leader DCC to confirm whether or not it is true, he has said he will get back to me.
