So, the original bid (for the pavilion on the lawn) has been turned down by CCF but. .......CCF are saying to Dawlish muck in with Sustrans and we may well be able to do something for Dawlish. So, seems like it was a good thing then that the pavilion bid was put in otherwise this potential Sustrans/Dawlish bid may never have seen the light of day. Have I got that right?
