Here's an example of a colleague's rostered shift. Start time 2.00pm, work through to service users decided bed time. Sleeping night with only one or two other staff present and none qualified to decision making management level so unlikely to manage a full nights undisturbed sleep. Wake up time at service users discresion as and when they want breakfast etc. Work straight through till 10.00pm. ...

maybe they were just hungry or was it a different chinese "carry-out" they were after.

Don't tell Hernandez she will put up council tax again.....!!!

it was a load of bollocks-------he lost!!!!!

I have beaten the Dawlish News. P & B attend the chinese shop in Dawlish. Somewhere in the Park Rd Area.

Channel 4’s Call the Cops features Devon and Cornwall Police. A Channel 4 landmark series starts at 9pm on Monday 19 August. Up to one thousand incidents per day, resources cut by 15 per cent in the last decade, one incident manager with overall command; this is policing in 2019.

Cracked it! It appears that the council are too tight to pay decent wages and pay for the food, so I am told, they have allowed the warden to breed fancy ducks and sell them on to buy food and suppliment his wages.I have no idea why the swans which everyone comes to see have deminished,they cost nothing to feed.

Well done to all who took part last night in the Pram Race.
