We would need a solicitor to look at the detail of all of this to know if what is happening is legal. From what I have read the developer has, as usual, reduced the amount of affordable housing but it is not immediately clear why they have done this and whether they are legally entitled to do this. Gut feeling..........being ripped off by the developers again!! And......why was the viability ...

I agree purrrrrfect, the whole of the sea front at that point is a disgrace and nothing is being done to tidy it up. What are the current Town Councillors doing? Do none of them walk round town and notice all the things that need attending to? Are they not badgering TDC to clean up and sort out? If they are then they need to let us know, if not then they need to Pull their collective fingers out ...

@Morty Vicker , 6/2/16, pensioners are £9 a week better off than those who are working! As a women who will not get her state pension until 66 years of age, i am currently 61 years of age, i would like you to explain how i am £9 a week better off than those who are working.under the pervious rules i would now be receiving my pension, but i'm not! over to you!
