So Michael Heseltine has warned Boris Johnson that his remarks about leaving Europe are "preposterous, obscene" - and are damaging his prospects of becoming Prime Minister. Sound advice (from someone who once would be king) but probably too late for a man who already has a string of such outbursts to his name.
