Bandstand replacement
15 Apr 2015

I took it as being a joke.

I think he's out seeking votes for the Conservatives in every election (town, district and general) except Devon County Council. The county council elections were held two years ago and will be held again in two years time.

This application will be heard by TDC's planning committee on Tuesday 28th April 2015 in the Council Chamber at Forde House. Meeting starts at 9.15am One objector and one supporter may speak and TDC must be notified of your wish to do so by 12 noon on the preceding Thursday. Bandstand replacement

Thought I'd start a new thread. Just received this from TDC. (wonder how long it will be before this thread goes the way of others? They got back to me saying this constituency (Newton Abbot) is a marginal seat and that the result is too close to call.

And now I've had a Tory leaflet delivered. These are their priorities for Dawlish with regard to TDC. 1. To work to keep the council tax under control and cut out excess spending. 2. To fight for affordable housing for local people both young and old along with the necessary infrastructure. 3. To give tourism a higher priority and bring new business to the town. Much of the ...

Just had the Lib Dem Focus election leaflet pushed through the letterbox. Re the Local elections (to Teignbridge District Council). They say: 1. They will fight against the threat of compulsory purchase of Warren Farm by TDC. 2. They will campaign for more transparency and fairness in local government decision making. 3. They oppose the introduction of a £35 annual green-bin charge. If ...
