I see John Clatworthy is on his way round Dawlish seeking re election to Devon CC which will enable him to continue as Deputy Leader and retain the £35.000 a year. 

He will NOT get my vote

I think he's out seeking votes for the Conservatives in every election (town, district and general) except Devon County Council.

The county council elections were held two years ago and will be held again in two years time.
