Am I being petty? Yesterday a walk down to Coryton Cove and observed the work being constructed with one operator using his digger with no less than 12 workers leaning on the rail watching. There is not a hope as far as I can see that this project will be finished within the time specified. After talking to one of the workers I asked "what are they trying to achieve" he replied "I have no idea" ...

You can believe what you like. I pefer to use my eyes, everyone can see the sea levels haven't changed nor is the weather any different. It's a great shame we're going to waste so much time and money on this folly.

@HuwMatthews2 Thank you for letting me know. I first came across PH some 10 years ago during the fight to stop Sandy Lane Playing Fields (or part of the fields) having a supermarket built on it. PH put into the relevant authorities that the Arts Deco Sports Pavilion should be listed (he did this to make it more difficult for a supermarket to be built).
