An idea, but the problem is UNESCO designation as a World Heritage Site brings absolutely no money with it It would help the case in any funding applications, but not as much as people might think,

The Snooky Trust are also acting as a collection point for this too. Exactly, the point we have to keep pushing is that combining rail and flood defences makes best sense and is the cheaper option than re - routing
