I do not accept the justification for paying these bonuses "they will go and work elsewhere". These are the incompetent bloody people who got us into this mess in the first place. No one would miss them if they slung their hooks forever, only a few wine bars and lap-dancing clubs in the city of London, maybe.

I hadn't heard about the tip closing either. Suppose it is down to the cuts. I always go to Brunel Road as there are more recycling facilties there & anyway Shutterton is only open very limited hours.
Thank you Cal. I had the same problem & did what you suggested. I've since logged out & come back in so it obviously works permanently.
Apparently 2 or 3 people were in the sea & have been rescued by Exmouth lifeboat. Don't know how they got there in the first place, sea has been very rough all day.
Does anyone know who it was that died?
