So, if you believe there is no system or sub-system of neoliberalism that could be truly independent and without bias, can you suggest an alternative system? (and yes I did read the article).
I'm not talking about the current system. I'm asking if you have in mind a university funding system that would not lead itself open to claims that it might bias academic research.
