Is the skate park going to be where the old play park was or are we going to have a skate park at the top and the long awaited youth centre on the bottom park? The youngsters of Dawlish seem to have been waiting ages for this youth centre! Do we really need 2 bowling greens? Perhaps we could give one up for the youth centre, the one next to the football club would be ideal, it has an indoor area ...

How do you know it is going to be Tesco at Shutterton? There have been rumours of Sainsburys buying land at Shutterton!!
I have noticed the plan to turn this car park into a pay and display. My concerns are that instead of people paying they will be parking on the roads in and around the estate causing a lot of congestion. There are enough problems with double parking around the back of Elmgrove which could cause major problems if the emergency vehicles needed to get through.
How do the locals feel about the possibility of Tesco supermarket building at Sandy Lane? I live on the Elm Grove Estate and am not sure if I like the idea or not. It would be great having a large supermarket closer to home but will it spoil the estate? How do others feel??
