what planet do you come from the areas where houses are more expensive than Devon are on the commuter belt devon & Cornwall have the most unaffordable housing in the country, its been on the news & in newspapers.
Know its in Teignmouth but why on earth was a beach hut sold for £91,000 I thought beach huts were for local people who live in the town to enjoy. if a beach hut goes for this sort of money then what chance do young people have buying their first home and Teignmouth is a reflection of what goes on in Dawlish
