The reason for starting the thread was after following a cyclist,it was impossible to pass him safely while cars were coming the other way.Can't wait for a car breakdown at this point.Still Jobsworth has done his gormless best.

Are the local road planners bucking the national trend by narrowing all or any roads in the area.The latest being just along from the Catholic Church,where now it is now unsafe to have two cars and a cyclist passing at the same time.The plan to remove the bus laybyes at the top of the hill coming into Dawlish sums up the idiot who thought it up.Cars have to wait while passengers fumble ...

Mr Clayson comments that the money was paid by English taxpayers well thats alright then, because trying for some people to get any benefits from Teignbridge or any other agency is damn near impossible. How is  it the new site at will not get used by  and why was it built for people that don't contribute to the T.D.C,. coffer's. What  waste of money and who as the Tw-T that thought it up?

What I cannot get is how the figure of £20,000,000,000 was arrived at because if true the banking crisis was easily affordable.

Well Judith funny how this comes out when a By-election is coming up and a possible drubbing for Labour and Conservatives As for taking it on board many people have different reasons for being concerned about immigration so much so that people are afraid to even approach the subject.

true to form our david cameron grovels to say the barnett formula will continue even more money than before. As this already sways heavily  in favour of the Scots should he not consult the English tax payers before another devious bribe?

If my memory serves me did the Scottish mp's vote for tuition fees in England and then vote for free Uni education north of the border.I stand to be corrected but the same happened with free prescriptions,and hospital parking.
