@Deedoodle have you had the Autumn/Winter edition of the Town Crier delivered yet? If not, but you get a chance to read it  I suggest you take a look at page 7 and the article concerning the playpark. Actually DM if the moaning enterprise you suggest proved successful might you perhaps be tempted to franchise it? Apparently moaning is an English (and perhaps also a British?) national characteristic so I feel sure there would be a demand for moaning centres throughout the country. I understand that a decision on this application has been deferred so that members of the planning committee can undertake a site inspection.
