Actually DM if the moaning enterprise you suggest proved successful might you perhaps be tempted to franchise it? Apparently moaning is an English (and perhaps also a British?) national characteristic so I feel sure there would be a demand for moaning centres throughout the country. I understand that a decision on this application has been deferred so that members of the planning committee can undertake a site inspection.
It seems I am not the only with concerns about cars and car parking. Take a look at the planning docs and the objection dated 21st November from a co-owner of the Marine Stores.
