I see ESTATE AGENTS are closing at an alarming rate between 150 to 200 a WEEK. But here in Dawlish they are all still open for business. Now what does that tell us? Was it greed by overcharging suckers who went through their businesses in the past, (and they are now living off their profits). Or is it that they have built up invisible empires and can ride any storm? Or are they like many ...

Concern is growing for a missing Dawlish man. Stuart Glanville, 45, was last seen at his home in Luscombe Terrace on Sunday, shortly after he visited his father in Newton Abbot.Officers are appealing for anybody who has seen him since Sunday to call 08452 777444.
