Cofton CHP have withdrawn the application. Seems two planning policies at TDC were contradicting each other. (The expansion and promotion of better holiday facilities vs the preservation of the Undeveloped Coast.) Looks like TDC planners played the Undeveloped Coast card and objected to the proposal on those grounds.)

For clarity. There is only one site in Teignbridge being considered as a traveller/gypsy site and that is at Higher Mead Farm, Ashburton. The land off Meadow Park is a site being considered for a small scale housing development.
