4,199 is not a % it's a figure. Whilst I agree that how figures are arrived at can be challenged I cannot for the life of me work out how you think there is no housing need here.

Unfortunately people think that we should pay a premium for living in such a beautiful part of the country. I have two teenage children that work had but will never be able to afford to get onto the property ladder nor can they rent anywhere because domestic bills are to high. blimy 23 question marks ??????????????????????? I will sell my house in the same way as you sell anything. At a price someone somewehere is prepared to pay. I need to buy another. I assume people want to buy houses at 1970s prices like £10,000... people just dont do their maths, oh I forgot they cant add up 2008.

Todays headline "Archbishop wants Muslim law in UK" need i say more, well i do. It should read British Law in UK. As for protecting our identity we worry so much about offending other cultures and religion that we forget our own. European if i was going to Austrailia a least i would live by there rules. I wouldn't ask them to stop things such as Xmas lights because its against my religion. Also i would not expect them to supply me with a house,medical cover and benefits to live on unlike alot of people who enter this country. This country is to soft and it needs to toughen up.
