not sure which agent you looked at but it has also got planning for an indvdual detached house as well, & another agent states has planning approved
I'd be interested to know more about the sale, it's still on the market as I can see, I can't see any listing for a possession order or bankrupcy though thye may live somewhere else. At 1.95m i thouht it was considerably overpriced.

Mrs C, humour on my part, ribbing. If it expands then we will need more houses, = more shoppers more profit for builders, and land owners When the population gets to 25000 we can have a mcdonalds Great that's my vote for expansion I;m a landowner

I'm sure there will be plenty of replies to this but why on earth do you need to go to a supermarket. Fruit&veg shop Dawlish Butchers Dawlish cleaning/toileteries Dawlish Alcohol Geralds warren Fuel Texaco so WHY ?
I think the sell off is a good thing, in the future it will lower the annual running costs
