Planning applications are made so in the event that someone wishes to object then they can do so. As Brazilnut says, so what?? if you object to this application then make your objection to the Planning authority concerned.

All I've heard since moving here is Dawlish needs regeneration, yet as soon as anyone dare to suggest that we have new houses and heaven forbid a decent Supermarket then it's "let's stay the way we are". I use the re-cycling bins off Exeter road, on the path to Coastguard Cottages, and noticed today that most of the bins on this site have been padlocked, does anyone know why??
