Its not the planning permission that is the problem, this was granted ages ago, but some very last minute red tape issues at the council, that wouldn't be foreseen in anyones imagination.

What a pleasant surprise I had yesterday. I had beeen reccomended to try the new taxi firm in Dawlish, and have to say I am glad I did. Turned up on time, clean vehicle, very corteous driver and reasonable price. Will deffinately be using again.
