Well said ziggy. Standard lengths can be cut to size required, and by looking at what is still there, 1 plank would have been sufficient for 3 lengths.

I was out investigating earlier, and saw that the Brewery Bar has temporarily closed due to falling trade, and they are blaming the road works for it. What I want to know is, why blame the road works? Is it because that passing motorists cannot park in their gargantuan sized car park that they have? Is it that people dont like to drink in that place? Its not the most welcoming pub, if you can call ...
