I agree with you Bardwell... Why spoil the view... If you are worried about there being no hand rail seaward side... DON'T GO NEAR THE EDGE.... If you walk the route often enough BBQ you will have noticed that the view over the wall has not changed much over the years... I still have the paper clipping of the incident. The guy was Tony Gladstone... From Essex Twelve police cars plus helicopters and an armed response team were involved. Doesn't matter where it was still a good story, shame we are not allowed to do it :)
I think that those involved should be named and shamed... That is why these cretins get away with it coz they are not named... as for shame, they have none. Different story when it happens to them, which sadly it doesn't. Still if the sheep of this town just let it happen and don't push the police into action then what can we expect.
