A section of the railtrack wall at Dawlish has been damaged as Storm Ingrid unleashed heavy seas on the exposed railway line. THERE must be something in the air in Dawlish as a second pair of the town’s famous Black Swans is now laying. It is the second active nest in Dawlish and made by another loved up couple.
