Teignmouth Carnival Committee are pleased to announce their programme for the 2005 Carnival. In recent years the Carnival has gone through some difficult times and nearly folded. However Teignmouth Carnival is bringing some exciting new events to the Carnival including perhaps the largest Samba Evening in Devon if not the Southwest!
