Don't know if we can all club together to raise a little amount of cash for a Mental Health Charity known as Bipolar UK www.bipolar.org.uk They rely on donations and as it's something I have been suffering with for years and live in Dawlish Warren. I have decided to do a sponsored walk in September starting from Bude in Cornwall.
I have created a website dedicated to those who need the help and assistance without asking for handouts or asking for lottery money and maintain it all on my own.
If anyone wishes to visit my site please feel free to do so at
www.bipolartoday.squarespace.com/
You may wish to support the charity or support me via accesing the TAB on the website "Bipolar Awareness Charity Page" and clicking on the logo Sponsor me or visit The charity fundraising page itself which can be accessed at

Hi Paul. Good luck with your fundraising - your efforts at drumming up support are really admirable and should be a lesson to others. However, whilst I cannot claim to be speaking for others, I myself suggest that you might do even better if you posted about your fundraising on just the one thread, rather than five different ones at the same time. I'm not having a pop, honestly, just trying to be constructive mate. Good luck. :-)
