If I was a member of the deceased's  family, I would be disgusted at the photos shown in the link.

Nothing will be done until the TV cameras will be down on the lawn, then Wrigley and all the council cronies will be down there with shovels in hand then bugger off when the cameras leave and do nothing more about it as usual.
