THE Liberal Democrats romped home in two Dawlish by-elections. A seat on Dawlish Town Council and another on Teignbridge Council were up for grabs following the death of veteran councillor Mike James.

Is that the Lib Dems who discriminate against Christians?

Just shows how fickle the voters are in this town.

No chance now of getting the Brook cleaned up in the foreseeable future.

So to all of you who moan about the Brook and voted for this waste of space, you only have yourselves to blame.

I'd guess that a large number of those who voted for Lib Dems Taylor and Hackett probably live in Holcombe and shop and socialize in Teignmouth rather than Dawlish. They probably aren't that bothered about the Brook.

And how can anything be termed 'landslide' FFS, when the turn-out was a pathetically low 30%. 

Boycott the Gazette/MDA it's a worthless, biased rag full of utter sh1te journalism, not to mentioned overpriced.
