Thanks for that. Years ago I managed the Royal Lion hotel in Lyme Regis and I imagine that Dawlish may have the same close community as Lyme, though maybe smaller and less comercialised. Similarly I ran a place near Swanage, and didn't particularly like Swanage at all. Beauty lies in the beholder ehRegards Phil
