Amazing really????? Years ago I remember moaning and complaints against Dawlish Youth Club when it was at the LL Centre on Old School Hill. However, it was contained and the Youth Leaders seemed to work hard with the local police to stop drink & drugs (although this was always tough to do - it didn't seem half as bad) that was shut, because as I remember the Youth Leader struggled to get support ...
