I am trying to hire out a beach hut at Coryton Cove for a week in August.  Teignmouth District Council rent out three of them but unfortunately they are all booked up.  Does anybody know anyone who has one of the beach huts and would be willing to rent one out.  Many thanks.

We go to Torbay Hospital (and Newton Abbot and Exeter) quite a lot with my son - they are all brilliant with my boy and make a horrible time much better for him :-)

Gatehouse is a great school, my little one started there last September and they have been brilliant. Would definately recommend Gatehouse :-)

After watching the news recently regarding the dodgy dentist (!) I realised that he had also been responsible for endeavouring to raffle off his house - the house was never raffled as apparently he did not sell enough tickets. If memory serves me correctly a random raffle ticket was picked and the winner got a cut of the money that had been collected!!!!!!!! This obviously looks like another scam ...

Just a warning that people need to be careful when using the Lloyds TSB Cashpoint machine on the Strand. I used it the other day and upon counting my money, found it was £10 short. I have just been into Lloyds to report it (as they were closed when this happened). Lloyds keep a daily account of the money (over and under) from the cashpoint and luckily it was over so I got my money back. From a ...

I went to the fish and chip shop in Queens Street a couple of months ago. There were about three customers in front of me, I stood there with my disabled four year old in my arms. The woman was serving all three customers at once but did not even look at me. Some more people came into the shop who she obviously knew, she asked them what they wanted and then put their order on.
