Nice one Karateka, good to know that loyalty to the Olde Towne is alive and well. I too spent many hours just walking and appreciating Dawlish for what it was, and it gave me great feeling of contentment. I wonder what your feelings for Dawlish would have been 55 years ago, which was when I was last there? Even better I'd imagine.

Correction! Dawlish Warren used to be a pristine, natural, and enjoyable place to be. To walk on the extensive beach and enjoy the solitude was one of life's blessings.
