just some odd thoughts. Passports- will the british ones still be valid to an independant scotland or will scotish ones have to replace them ?? Immigration as scotland will not be part of the EU and UK initially - will this open the door to an influx of illegal immigation to the scottish coast line and hence to england ( who will Police this ) ??

are you hardwired or wireless to the computer where you use it most ?? If you are hardwired (ie you take the modem to the computer area and plug it in) I suggest, if possible, to run a sole line, from the main socket to the computer area and plug that into the router. thus eliminating all other drains from the house line. hi back here again to let you know there is a new upgrade bt router/modem combined (BT Home Hub 5). Only one mains socket needed, my current speed is 62 d/l and 10.4 upload (slightly faster) - unit is free but there is a postage/pk fee of about £7..
same kit here - but rather strange, I did some telephone checks and it is not yet available to others in the street nearer to the cabinate than me. But I have been with bt a long time so maybe thats a hint. The cabinate is near the predestrian crossing in Exeter Road - post office end.
Mcjrpc suggest u ring bt on 100 infinity is available this week and engineer will instal mine on Monday 9th.
The green telecommunications cabinets are proposed to be sited at Strand Hill, Coronation Avenue and Old Town Street. Nothing for the Shuterton Industrial Estate, Dawlish Warren and associated Camp and holiday areas then, guess they still use slow mail.
