roberta if you are refering to litter I belive the peanlty is £80:00 If you are talking about a business like subway or macdonalds or yummies it is the company that is running that particular shop
Maybe we will get a new and very dynamic Town Manager, that will work hard to improve things in Dawlish for Locals and visitors. This may be a great opportunity for Dawlish. I would like to thank Emma Kay and wish her luck in the future.
