Sainsburys have put a railway line into their new store  just outside exeter (I was told this) Morrisons fleet tBridewater is all bio fuel

I thought when the new cafe opened we would pop down maybe buy a cake and cup of tea, but now i think i for one will stay away and from the other place on the sea front dont want to be seen to take sides, plus don't really want to get into petty arguments when no matter what the outcome nothing i can do about it.

Oh just in case any one comes across a border collie please do not take it to mole valley ours along with every other working collie seems to go walkabout they do come back every night for their beds. working dogs won't worry livestock so no issue really. But for a domesic dog yep off to the vets

Data protection etc may mean the dog owners have no idea how they got there.

Apparently a bank can become a betting shop without a change of use required as both are financial. It just goes to show your gambling putting your money in to a bank

Emotions shop is now for rent at £9800 a year now thats a tiny shop in comparrison to some so £9800 without planning for food seems expensive. As I see it and new to the area, Teighnmouth attracts more people, there are more shosps and more shops come up for grabs, Currently in Teignmouth I can see 4 shops empty for rent, 8 businsses for sale leasehold and 4 freehold, Dawlish 3 shops ...

Taxi, bus, hospital cars I can't beleive my eyes, people slagging off the NHS for their lack of parking facilities = no wonder the immagrants do so well here they appreiate a good service and a good country

The freehold are generally far and wide, you may find the odd one being owned by the retailer You can undertake a land registry search to find out if you want to know it's about £8 per property The co op funeral service sold off a couple of freeholds last year, bet fred and a couple of cafes are apparently owned by a guy in Manchester, a cafe and charity bin oops I mean shop is owned by ...

Interesting about the leisure centre I understood the staff were employed by a private company, this must be incorrect, can someone clarify please. It would be a brave move for any school to go on strike nowadays, does anyone know of a school that didn't open ?

Margraet, Something can be done with Lloyds, all you need to do is agree to pay £15,000 a year rent £9,000 a year business rates and sign a 10 year agreement then you could make it look nice again.
