But as I feel sure you know as well as me - when push comes to shove it isn't what local people want it is what planning policies dictate and the number of houses each district has to build that trumps everything. Note that it is proposed that Hensford Park's completion would be within the timeline of the emerging Local Plan (2020-2040). The blurb in the document produced by the design team talks of completion by 2037/2038.
