I disagree with some of what you say, Viaduct, because I think we do need to "mix it up", to keep our society diverse and interesting. We need the bad with the good - it's just how things are. But we need them in the right proportions. And the youth centre plan is NOT PROPORTIONATE. It will have far more disaffected than mainstream... because it is targeting the disaffected as a required outcome. ...
